- Palate
A palate filled with tropical fruit. The finish has texture and minerality, with long palate length
- Nose
Lychee, pear, and fragrant, tropical fruit. Pineapple and quince. Floral notes of jasmine and blossom.
- Food pairing
Stuffed zucchini flowers with roquette and orange salad or Turkey breast with pine nuts and preserved lemon.
