- Palate
A full-bodied shiraz with savory plum and spice. Low to medium acid and tannins that are fine and mouth coating.
- Nose
Notes of mulberry, blackberry, bramble, and rhubarb. Black plum with notes of liquorice, star anise, and black pepper. Slight lifted notes of raspberry and dark cherry.

Roast vegetable, beetroot and olive salad or Osso Bucco
