酒莊通過跟蹤葡萄酒從種植到零售的生命週期來測量每一步的碳足跡，專精於最低人工干預葡萄酒，並努力成為一個淨零排放的釀酒廠。
大衛布魯爾離開了化學產業後，踏上了釀酒世界的漫漫旅程，而他也逐漸在釀造葡萄酒的過程中給予越來越少量的人工干預，進而成為葡萄酒世界裡面”低人工干預酒”的領導者。
酒莊致力於最少量的防腐劑添加以及打造永續性生態系統，在有機酒的領域裡取得巨大的成功，甚至在主流市場也佔有一席之地，可以在澳洲至少有4,500間店鋪以上發現 Temple Bruer的產品。
